Only the pedestrian promenade separates the holiday complex from the beach of the lagoon. Because of the popular traffic free area the house is perfectly good for families with children. Shops, cafes, restaurants are very convenient within easy walking distance. Two big wing-doors lead to a big sunny terrace, surrounded with shrubs. With his 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the house perfectly fits for 6 persons. Two cots are at disposal. The house is fully air conditioned (Mainroom and 3 bedrooms). The house is furnished suitably and is well equipped : Internet, Telephone, TV Sat, DVD/Bluray, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Large refrigerator (300 liter)... Parking for 1 car is available in the property. Dogs are allowed outside the bedrooms. Smoking is allowed on the terrace.
